* 30s Running on the Spot
* 10 Push Ups

* 20 Mountain Climbers
* 10 Squats
* 30s Running on the Spot
*3 minutes jogging on the spot.
We advise resting 60/90s after your have completed your first circuit and repeat this circuit between 3 and 5 times :)
