Right now the world feels very strange, we are surrounded by drama and it's so easy to get swept up in all the madness. But slowly, it will all start to settle and day to day life will be restored!
Its super normal for our minds to run ahead and try to predict what is going to happen but right now, the best thing for our minds is to try and relax!
I know this sounds almost impossible, but I promise we can make it easier and there are things we can do to distance ourselves from what is causing us stress, for example deactivating news notifications on our phones, reducing time spent on social media or taking a timeout from group discussions about all the issues!
