Healthy Spinach and Avocado Wraps

In need of a quick and easy lunch or dinner recipe? You've come to the right address! These spinach & avocado wraps are delightful and healthy! 
Ingredients
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 wholemeal wraps
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gr cottage cheese
  • 62 gr grilled vegetable mix
  • 25 gr baby spinach
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

1. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes. After that cool the eggs and cut them in pieces.

2. Heat up the wraps (follow the instructions on the package).

3. Decorate the wraps with cottage cheese, tomatoes, spinach and grilled vegetables.

4. Place the eggs on the wraps. Enjoy lunch or dinner!
