Write them down & review
Goals that aren’t written down are destined to fail, don’t let yourself fail! Write them on postits and drive your family mad by sticking them round the house. Snacker? Stick It on the cupboard door, remind yourself to go for a healthy option rather than a chocolate bar. Take a photo of your goals & put it as your phone wallpaper for the month! You could even tape your goals to the bathroom mirror as you know you’ll see them first thing in the morning & last thing at night! Help yourself smash these goals
  
Be realistic
Yes it would be amazing to lose a stone in a week but that isn’t going to happen so don’t even try. Try and amend your life style rather than doing a FAD diet for a week, that way you’ll see results and they’ll last. Try small goals but often that way you’ll keep on track.
  
Make them Measurable
Now that doesn’t mean you need to hop on the scale and judge it by your weight everyday, pls don’t do that! It could be measurable by fitting into your old black jeans. Fitting into your clothes is the best way to measure your weight because when you feel fabulous, you’ll glow girl.
  
Reward yourself
You’ll be more motivated if you know there’s a reward at the end of it, now that doesn’t mean a day of eating cakes but it could mean a night out with your besties, a dinner with your family or a night date night with your partner. You’ll feel amazing when you hit your goals so talk about it & let your positivity shine.
  
Create goals for different areas.
Don’t just base it on saving money, exercising, losing weight – do all 3!!  You’ll be in the mind frame to change & smash these goals so make the most of it & be an all-round babe.
   
You eat what you buy
As simple as that sounds, if you don’t buy it, you cant eat it – unless you steal it, and we do not recommend that. No but seriously, don’t buy chocolate fingers for £1 because you will demolish them – save them for a treat when you achieve your goals, trust me they’ll taste so much better!
