It’s time to spill the tea… detox tea..

We all know that drinking water is the key to a healthy body. But frankly, drinking plain old water can get a little boring and us cuties are always looking to make staying hydrated a little more fun!

We think we’ve come up with a great way to increase your water intake in a super easy and creative way…

ICED. DETOX. TEA.

You can increase how much water you’re drinking while detoxing your body with a 100% vegan natural tea!

No laxatives or anything!

Our delicious tea can reduce bloating and aid poor digestion and by adding your fave fruits you can really make it your own!

 So why wait? Give one of our fabulous, tried and tested recipes a go!

PEACH, DON’T KILL MY VIBE

Peach Iced Tea is a classic and perfect in warm weather. The bitterness of the lemon and lime is balanced with the mellow taste of the peach, and the sweetness of the grapefruit and orange juice. This double serving of citrus helps to provide a healthy dose of vitamin C and full of natural antioxidants! YAY!

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre of water
  • 4 teabags of pure detox tea
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • ½ lime, sliced
  • 2 slices of grapefruit
  • ½ peach, sliced
  • 1 splash of orange juice (or squeeze your own juice if you’re feeling extra sassy!)                                  

    Now for the fun part:

    • Boil 500ml of water in the kettle
    • Pour into a jug (make sure its heat proof!) with your 4 teatox teabags
    • Leave to brew for 2-3 minutes
    • Add the other 500ml of cold water
    • Then pop in all your other delicious
    • Leave to chill for a few minutes (Give it a little stir to make sure you get all those delicious flavours)
    • Service and Enjoy!
    • Tip: Pop a few ice cubes in to keep it extra cool!

    YOU AND CUTE-CUMBER ARE MINT TO BE

    Cucumber water is the queen of detox, and this recipe combines it with its besties, mint and lime. Cucumber helps to reduce bloating and the limes are full of fat burners, metabolism boosters and vitamin C. You know what they say: if it’s green, it’s healthy!

    Ingredients

    • 1 litre of water
    • 4 teabags of pure detox tea
    • 10 cm of cucumber, sliced into rings
    • 8 leaves of mint
    • ½ lime, sliced
    • 6 slices of fresh ginger

    Now for the fun part:
