The Best Full-Body Workout at Home

This 10-minute full-body workout is super easy, all you need is a booty band, some sort of workout or yoga matt and your gym-wear. These are the 12 steps:

Jumping lunges

Jumping lunges for 40 seconds. After 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds.

Goblet squats with booty band

Grab your booty band and place it above your knees. Squat for 40 seconds. You can hold some weights if you want but it’s optional. Rest 20 seconds after.

Side lunge to curtsey (right leg)

Squat down into a side lunge, placing your left foot back. Get back up and repeat 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds after.

Side lunge to curtsey (left leg)

Squat down into a side lunge, placing your right foot back. Get back up and repeat 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds after.

Pulse lunge (left leg)

Squat into a lunge and repeat for 40 seconds, left leg front and right leg back. Rest 20 seconds after.

Pulse lunge (right leg)

Squat into a lunge and repeat for 40 seconds, left leg back and right leg front. Rest 20 seconds after.

Wall sit

Get into a squatting position against the wall and hold onto the squat position for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds after.

Burpees

Burpees for 40 seconds. After 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds. Jump up, down and into push-up position, return to squat position and repeat.

Scissor kick

Lie down on your workout mat, feet up and perform the scissor kick for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds after.

Bicycle crunch

Elbow to knee for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds after. Lie on the mat, shoulders off the ground and move your right leg towards your chest and left elbow touches your right leg. Repeat on the other leg and elbow.

Flutter kicks

Flutter kicks for 40 seconds, 20 seconds rest after. Lie down, hands under your bum and move one leg up and down, switch from right to left leg during this exercise.

Leg lift

Lie down on the work-out mat, place your hands under your bum and move both legs up towards you and down again without hitting the floor. Repeat for 40 seconds.
