Tuna and Avocado Salad

 

This salad is such a quick and easy recipe, you could be done in under 10 mins! If you don't eat or like tuna, replace with feta or veggies!

Ingredients

  • Water packed tuna
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 pickle
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp of greek yoghurt

Preparation

1. This recipe starts with canned tuna, which is drained and flaked in a bowl.

2. Mix the tuna with pickle, thinly sliced red onion, tomato and greek yoghurt.

3. A simple lime dressing goes over the top, then the final step is to put it on your bread, eat and enjoy!
