5 STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR MOOD

Ask yourself “What’s wrong?”
Firstly ask yourself why you are in a funk - This can sometimes help you figure out how to get out of it. 

 

Don’t blame yourself.
Bad days and bad moods happen. Accept your mood, and then work to get around it. Keep calm and make sure you carry on. 

 

Dress to impress.
It’s amazing what a difference your best outfit can make to your mood. If you’re having a bad day, put on your favourite clothes and wear your best makeup because you feel good when you look good. 

 

Do a good deed.
If you’re having a tough day, do something nice for someone else who might also be having a bad day. You’ll be surprised how the effects rebound onto you. Make them smile :)


Think positive.
Your mind controls your mood. Avoid negativity including negative people, and dwell on all the amazing things that are happening in your life.
