You guys have probably noticed that I very rarely talk about anything other than fashion on my blog as its kind of my comfort blanket and oversharing or talking about my life has never been something I've been good at, even with my closest friends. However after sharing experiences with you guys like my breast augmentation last May and seeing how many people I helped by opening up and being honest I thought it was about time to share something else with you all. Im not even sure my closest friends even know all this so I feel odd writing it all down in a blog post.

 

For as long as I can remember I have suffered with the worst body confidence issues. I feel like it may come as a bit of a shock to a lot of you as most people say I always appear super confident in everything I do but I had just got very good at hiding it. I literally used to dread summer since about the age of 15 as the thought of getting into a bikini literally made me feel sick. The worst thing for me was that in my head I had nothing going for me. I was flat chested and certainly not blessed in the bum area either. It is still to this day a running joke in my family that I just have an extended back rather than an arse, thanks Dad! 

 

For years I had been on diet after diet, joined numerous gyms but nothing ever worked mainly due to my lack of will power and ridiculous sweet tooth. The lack of results also just became demotivating so I would end up doing nothing and just getting on with life. It wasn't until my blog became my full-time job and the way I looked was sort of my 'brand' that it really all hit home with me. I spent most of my time unhappy and just comparing myself to all these 'perfect' girls that you see on social media  these days. I have never EVER been the sort of person to compare myself to others so this is when I realised something needed to change. 

 

My life started a much needed new chapter last August as I came out of a very unhealthy 3 and half year relationship and for me this is when I decided to take charge of my life and how I felt as I only had myself to worry about. I started going to the gym religiously as its amazing how much more time you have when you don't have a boy to worry about! I also decided to start with a personal trainer as I didn't want to be one of those people in the gym who had no idea what they were doing. This also helps me so much as my PT is amazing on those days when you need someone to motivate you. Ive seen more results working with a personal trainer than I have in my whole 4 years of going to the gym. If its something you are considering for yourself then I would highly recommend it!

 

But I am going to stop rambling on as this is not really the main reason I am writing this blog post. What I really want to share with you is a nutrition brand that I have been working closely with for the past few month which has allowed me to see the most amazing results alongside my training using their products. 

 

You guys know I very rarely do sponsored posts on Instagram or sponsored blog post so when I do it is only ever about something I truly love and believe in or I think is worth sharing and this is one of them. 

 

 

The brand is called Cute Nutrition and it has actually just launched today but I have been working with them for a couple of months now and have been so excited to share it with you all. They have so many amazing products coming in the next few months but have launched with some of my personal faves. I have been using their meal replacement shakes as part of my daily routine now for about 2 months and I can honestly say they are the only ones I have tried that I have actually lost weight with and kept it off.
