Can I change my delivery address?
We’ll do our absolute best, but we need your help to do this!
Email our helpful Cuties at firstname.lastname@example.org your details including your order number and country to be delivered to.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
Our Cuties at our factory are super efficient and they’ve usually already popped your products in a little pink box and dispatched it but we’ll try!
If you email us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
Help a Cutie return a product
All orders can be returned by post following the below 3 Steps:
1.Send us an email to email@example.com to receive your returns form.
2.Package your items carefully back into your Cute box and include your invoice and completed returns form within the package & label your package
3.Make sure every single Cute product inside is UNOPENED (Anything that is returned opened, won’t be refunded and will be disposed of).
Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you with confirmation once we have received your parcel and your refund has been completed.
We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with,
within 7 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by
email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 7 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. So pretty please remember to ask for a proof of postage and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

How do I use a Promotional Code?
Simply enter your promotional code into the 'Redeem a promotional code' box at checkout and hit 'Apply Coupon' and your discount will be applied!
Why is my discount code not working?
If you have applied your promotional code and it is not applied at the checkout, this could mean that unfortunately the discount code is no longer valid. Please note, that promotional codes cannot be applied to bundle products. This includes any current promotional products i.e. buy one get one free.

How do I use your bundles?
All instructions for the use of our products are on the individual product packaging or on our website. We recommend using our products as part of a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet to achieve the best results!
Can I find any of your products in stores?
We currently do not stock our products in stores! Don’t worry, we’re working on it! However you can find us on both our UK website (cutenutrition.com) , our brand new US website (cute-nutrition.com) as well as Amazon and Beautybay.com.
Where are our products made and distributed from?
All our products are made and distributed from the UK. Our speciality tea is produced in Sri- Lanka to make sure we can get the best quality products for our Cuties!
Are your products gluten free?
We currently offer our vegan range and our teatox’s that are gluten free!
Do you sell sample products?
We currently offer a small selection of sample sachets for our Slim body Shakes! If you try one of our products and are not 100% satisfied, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch!
How do I know what products will suit me best?

Cute Products and general health
Can I take your products whilst I’m pregnant/breastfeeding?
We’ve had lots of Cute Mumma’s use our products without an issue, although we always advise you consult your GP/Midwife as what works for one person, may not work for another.
Can I use Cute products while taking contraception?
We haven’t experienced any issues with our cuties taking contraception and our products. But if you’re unsure about using any of our products, please consult your GP!
Can I use Cute products if I have a nut allergy?
Unfortunately Cute’s products are made in an environment that creates products containing nuts so we can’t guarantee that there may not be traces of nuts!
I’ve had a reaction, can I return the product?
Unfortunately we cannot refund/accept returns of any opened products. If you do have a reaction then we always advise you seek medical advice and disposing of the product.
I don’t go to the gym, can I still use your products?
Yes of course! Although we of course recommend regular physical activity, our products are designed to fit into your lifestyle.
Things all Cuties need to note
The Cute factory (postal service and distribution centre) will pick, pack and pop your little pink box
onto a little pink van the same day on orders placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be done the day after, don’t fret babe, it’ll be with you in no time at all!
The cuties don’t operate over the weekend or public holidays, because every cutie needs a break. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.
The Cutie in the van will need an autograph from you when they deliver it, if you want your
scrumptious new shake & shaker left in a safe place this is at your own risk & we wont be able to cover you if someone takes that lovely pink box!
